About the Game

Spears & Spirits is an RPG with turn-based combat and deck-building mechanics that tells the story of Erumi, a young girl from a northern tribe. It was foretold that she would bring great calamities upon her folk and would become the greatest shamaness that land has ever seen.

And the first prophecy has already begun to unfold...

Now the young shamaness must embark on a perilous journey across the unforgiving terrain to discover whether fate itself can be changed. Along the way, she will trade with Evenki hunters, bargain with old spirits, cross paths with frontier Cossacks, and fight the Chukchi guardians on her way to the ancient Arctic sanctuaries. Every relationship she builds will shape the story, strengthen or fracture her party, and determine Erumi's own future.

A Story Inspired by Myths and History

Spears & Spirits is set in seventeenth-century Siberia, on the edge of Eurasia, where peoples, cultures, and beliefs collide.

Here, history and myth are inseparable. Spirits of ancestors help the Evenki shamans, Cossaks fight against the demons of the Underworld, and Chukchi tundra warriors guard the paths to ancient sanctuaries hidden amidst the Arctic ice.

Explore the North: harsh taiga, endless tundra, and icebound shores, shaped by the cultures, legends, and folklore of the peoples who call it home.

Tactical Combat, Shamanic Magic, and Strategic Party Management

Turn-based tactics meet card-driven shamanic magic. Position your party carefully, manage scarce resources, and unleash the right abilities at the decisive moment.

Between battles, tend to the wounded, ration supplies, choose companions, and strengthen fragile bonds around the campfire.

Choices That Matter

Who receives the last of your medicine? Who joins the next expedition? Who do you sit with by the campfire, deepening a bond and building trust which may matter when the next crisis comes?

You cannot save everyone. Choose what matters most and live with the consequences. Different bonds, losses, and loyalties can lead Erumi toward very different futures.

Important choices deserve careful thought, but sooner or later, they must be made.
