Never Meet Your Heroes


Everyone knows the story of Sooty The Bear, the lovable fire prevention mascot whose face and slogan have been seen on countless posters, commercials, and billboards for over 70 years. What they don't know is that Sooty is real, and you've just entered his territory. Once you set up camp and start your campfire, Sooty knows you're there.

Survive and Escape


  • Navigate the Wilderness: Use your skills with a compass and flashlight to find your way to safety before Sooty finds you.
  • Distract and Evade: Start campfires to distract Sooty and keep him off your trail.
  • Plan Your Escape: Use park maps to plot your route out of the park.
