About the Game

A relaxing nightmare

SODYBA is a first-person psychological horror game set in an authentic Lithuanian rural setting. During the day, players complete everyday tasks such as mowing the grass, repairing the roof, and stoking the stove. Exploration gradually reveals the forgotten past of the homestead through hidden places and clues. Strange events slowly escalate from seemingly ordinary incidents into undeniable paranormal activity. During the night, the player experiences terrifying supernatural encounters while searching for a way out of the homestead.

STORY

Tomas returns to his grandparents' abandoned homestead to spend a few quiet days taking care of the property. Mowing the overgrown grass, drawing water from the well, and walking the familiar paths of his childhood feel like a welcome break from everyday life. But strange signs and unsettling events soon disturb the peace. By the time Tomas uncovers the horrifying truth, it's too late to escape.
