SIGN THE DEAL: Real Estate Simulator is a first-person life and business simulation set in a beautiful coastal town.

You work as a real estate agent, starting your day at the office by browsing property listings on your computer. Choose which house to buy, visit the property, renovate and repaint interiors, manage your budget, and prepare it for sale.

NPC buyers live in the town and visit properties based on price, condition, and reputation. Negotiate deals, set smart prices, and decide when to sell for maximum profit. Manage your daily energy by shopping at local markets, rest at night, and plan each day carefully as time passes with a full day–night cycle.
