About the Game

Shroud is a 2D action platformer with inspiration from the slower methodical approach of the classic Castlevania games with a mix of the overall formula and expanded vertical movement options of the Super Nintendo Mega Man X games. Every screen is meticulously crafted to make the player strategize around the abundant obstacles, be wary of every corner, and expect the unexpected. With a robust and unique set of enemies for every stage as well as intriguing and fearsome bosses, Shroud is hood to toe filled with surprising encounters and challenges reminiscent of its inspirations.
