You have a Pain and Suffering counter and when it reaches a certain value you have the opportunity to improve some torture tool to speed up the Pain and Suffering points. Also, when you reach a certain number of Pain and Suffering points, incredible scenes open up for you, where Succubus is particularly has fun with sinners.

The Demon of Lust has Lucifer in charge and the more pain/suffering she brings to hell, the more he rewards her with the opportunity to screw around with someone.
