About the Game

MegaCorp has 42 floors, one understaffed help desk, and a brand-new AI that is absolutely, definitely not after your job.

You are Analyst #15. Your monitor is your world: a ticket queue that never stops, an inbox full of escalating passive aggression, and a corporate news ticker that knows too much. Welcome to SERVICE DESK SIM — a retro-terminal IT helpdesk simulator about triage, time pressure, and the slow realisation that the machines are learning your job faster than you are.

TRIAGE OR DIE (PROFESSIONALLY)

  • Work the queue against SLA timers — accept, prioritise, resolve, and try not to apply the printer fix to the VPN outage.

  • 10,000+ hand-written tickets across 13 themed sectors, from the Basement helpdesk to the Quantum Lab to places IT support was never meant to go.

  • Multi-step complex tickets, VIP escalations, boss-level malware incidents, and department policies that change how every shift plays.

CRISES, CHOICES, AND CONSEQUENCES

  • Mid-shift Crisis Events freeze the clock and demand a decision with real, deterministic tradeoffs — no dice rolls behind the buttons.

  • Every choice feeds a hidden Human ↔ AI alignment meter. Side with your users, or keep accepting Synergy-AI's increasingly generous offers.

  • Four endings at the top of the tower — three of them gated by who you became on the way up.

BUILD YOUR ANALYST

  • 50 unlockable workflow skills — passive automations and active abilities, unlocked differently across three difficulty levels.

  • A live USER TRUST meter that rewards genuinely good support and punishes the rotting queue.

  • Combo chains, shift grades, leaderboards, and an Endless 24/7 mode for analysts who never log off.

PLAYABLE IN 8 LANGUAGES

English, English (UK), Français, Deutsch, Español, Italiano — and full native-script हिन्दी (Hindi) and right-to-left اردو (Urdu), all the way down to the ticket pool and the requesters' names.

A LOVING SHRINE TO CORPORATE DREAD

CRT glow, terminal boot sequences, sticky notes with mandatory smiling policies, and a soundtrack of 13 sector ambiences. Runs on very modest hardware — if your machine can open a ticket, it can probably run the game about closing them.

MegaCorp reminds you that smiling is mandatory.
