Dr. Liv Sandoval — The Physician
Liv is Lineage's Medical Director: the clinician who sits with families, turns Adrian's scores into real recommendations, and transferred the embryo that became Lineage's most famous child. She and Adrian built the company together — and loved each other before the trait-selection pivot and the money hollowed the mission out.
