About the Game

Seed of Light is a cozy roguelite city builder about bringing light into a world overcome by darkness.
Construct various buildings on a hex-based map to generate light and other resources.
Vanquish the darkness every cycle to expand your territory! 

Choose a new building every round to place in your village.
Pay attention to the various conditions and effects the buildings have and capitalize on the synergies between them. 

Generate enough light to overcome the darkness threshold each cycle and make sure to keep up with its scaling.

We’re a small team of developers based in Vienna, Austria. Seed of Light was mostly made as part of our college thesis, but is now being developed in our free time. We’re excited to show what we’ve been working on!
