Experience an extensively researched 3km x 3km reconstruction of the city with the awe-inspiring Second Temple at its heart. Choose your path as a pilgrim, merchant, or priest—each role offers unique gameplay and goals as you explore the daily worship, vibrant marketplaces, and sacred ceremonies of this pivotal era.

Gameplay Overview:

  • As a priest, awaken in the Chamber of the Hearth. Participate in the daily lottery to determine your sacred duties for the day from offering incense (the coveted 'Ketoret' duty) to assisting in the daily 'Tamid' sacrifice.

  • As a pilgrim, embark on a journey to the Temple, navigating city streets, preparing your offerings, and following historical rituals like purification in mikveh pools. Discover a pilgrims boundaries and privileges as you make your way to the heart of the Temple.

  • As a merchant, wake up and set up shop along the bustling pilgrimage road. Trade with visitors, manage your stall, and compete for the attention of travelers journeying to the Temple.

  • Or, explore freely at your own pace, taking in the remarkable sights and sounds of Jerusalem in its glory.
