Following the opening of Site Samekh, once a secure bastion of the Foundation, chaos has erupted. All other sites, except for Sites 15 and 19, have been abandoned, converging on the Samekh complex. An unprecedented concentration of anomalies, unleashed during a containment breach, has left the complex in a state of desolation. Take on the role of a Foundation guard, facing the ultimate survival test as the horrors of the anomalies threaten to consume everything.
