Scavenged by Sunset is a multiplayer (4vs1) survival horror game where one player takes on the role of the savage Killer, and the other four players play as Survivors, trying to escape the Killer and avoid being caught and killed. Collecting coins and traveling through portals allow Survivor the ability to escape to victory!
The Survivor's goal in each encounter is to escape the Savannah without getting caught by the Killer - something that sounds easier than it is, especially when the environment changes every time you play.
Key Features
• Safety in Numbers… Or Not - Innocents can either cooperate with the others or be selfish. Your chance of survival will vary depending on whether you work together as a team or if you go at it alone. Will you be able to outwit the Hunter and escape their territory?
• Where are we? - Each level is procedurally generated, so you’ll never know what to expect. Random spawn points mean you will never feel safe as the world and its danger change every time you play. Elude your enemies as a hippo, elephant or zebra!
• Feeding Frenzy - Scavenged By Sunset draws from the gruesome daily exchanges in at the Serengeti. As a Killer you can play as a crocodile, lion or rhino. Familiarize yourself with your territory and each Killer's unique power to be able to hunt, catch and kill your Prey.
• Rip and Slash - Each Killer and Survivor has their own unique ability and grabbing power-ups can give you the edge in the chase. Lay traps, detect prey, hide as a bush, each ability to match a different play style. Experience, skills and understanding of the environment are key to being able to hunt or outwit the Killer.
• Unleash the Animal Inside - The procedural levels and real human reactions to pure carnage makes each game session unique. You will never be able to tell how it’s going to turn out. Ambience, music, and chilling environments combine into a thrilling experience. With 12 unlockable animals and dynamic map mechanics, Scavenged By Sunset is a game that any level of player can enjoy.
