About the Game

Scarlet Record brings you back to the Great Library, the wondrous harbor of knowledge across the known and unknown realms. As a continuation from Archivist's Curse tale, this chapter of Great Library's saga tells the story of Ruby, the fledgling Wandering Scribe, on her case of investigating the relic that is stolen from the Great Library's repository. Her investigation will not be without hurdles as the relic changes hands multiple times and jumps from one place to another quite often.

With her pupil and a trusty travel mate from the Guild, Ruby is set to embark on a journey outside her domain and recover the stolen relic, even if that means she must endure the hazards and hardships the outer world has to offer. Fortunately, more people will lend a hand in her adventures across various places.

Great Library's Archivists were notified of an event that resulted in the resurfacing of Pawnsmoor Hall, a section of the Library that was previously inaccessible. The Hall won't stay for a long time, however, for the nature of the Great Library may render the Hall inaccessible once more. Thus, the effort of securing the relics that were stored there was then issued.

Archivists, being short-staffed at the time the Hall resurfaces, sent requests to all able-bodied personnel within Great Library. Such opportunity can't be missed, especially when it's tied to elusive sections of the Library such as the notorious Pawnsmoor Hall.

The letter of request from Archivists eventually reached Ruby, a regular Scribe who was trapped in Pawnsmoor Hall three months ago. Unlike the previous time, she is now ready to tackle the assignment--unbeknownst to her, however, the assignment is just the beginning of what would be her first adventure outside of Great Library after countless years.
