About the Game

There's an understanding between humans and the animals in the forest - "Don't trust Morgathrax the evil circus director". For reasons currently unknown, the denizens of the forest appear to have forgotten this pact.

"How bad can he really be? I try to stay away from politics" - Bear

Now it is up to the people of the village to defeat the corruption spreading through the woods. Rally a band of townsfolk, wander into the forest and face Morgathrax to put things right again.

Oh yeah, it'll be difficult... if you fail, there's only one thing left to do.

Rally a band of townsfolk, wander into the forest and face Morgathrax to put things right again.

And if you fail... you get it.

What you'll find in the forest

  • Turn-based tactical gameplay
Units can do two things, in order - move, and attack. Tactical positioning is key to success!

  • Telegraphed enemy attacks

You'll know exactly what (most) enemies will do on their turn. Hope this helps.

  • Recruit and upgrade

After each battle, you'll be able to spend coins on upgrades and new recruits.

Will you invest heavily in a crack squad of a few units, try for a balanced approach or grow your team to a size worthy of its own HR department?

Another Cannon unit, or First Strike for your Halberd?

  • Varied squad composition

Each run allows you to try new combinations of units and skills from a large pool of possibilities.

28 recruitable units and over 130 different upgrade types means there's more than one way to cut a tree (some of them involve shooting catapults).

  • Special events

Even before the corruption started, the forest had a lot of mysteries within:
    - Is it possible for the frog merchant to make a profit if he doesn't charge for his wares?
    - Why are gnomes constantly racing their horses?
    - How does one attain the favor of the fairies?

Only one way to find out:

Rally a band of townsfolk, wander into the forest and face Morgathrax to put things right again!
