Sauna of the DEAD is an action RPG where you become a heatwave master in Japanese-style sauna, swinging your towel to blast hot air at zombies and demons in the underworld's saunas to defeat them.

Story
As a heatwave master, you were lured by a suspicious man to work in the underworld's saunas.
Over a 7-day stay in the underworld, defeat many zombies and demons to aim for a showdown with the Demon King Vihta.
Gameplay
- Swing your towel to hurl hot air at zombies and demons.
- Use different towel swinging techniques to defeat many zombies and demons.
- Collect Totonoi orbs to power up through Sauna > Cold Bath > Lounging Rest.
- Receive rewards based on the number of defeats, and power up with sauna goods and drinks.

Sauna terminology
- Aufguss involves swinging a towel in the sauna to generate hot air and directing that hot air towards the sauna's patrons.
- Loyly refers to the act of pouring water on hot stones in the sauna to create steam and increase the sauna's temperature.
- In this game, "to be put in order" means to achieve a state of mindfulness and emptiness by repeatedly going through the cycle of Sauna > Cold Bath > Rest.
