About the Game

Sanitarium™ Enhanced is an updated edition of the renowned psychological horror adventure Sanitarium, originally developed by DreamForge Intertainment. First released in 1998 on PC and named Adventure Game of the Year, the timeless point-and-click horror now has full controller support for the first time, quality of life improvements, and never-before-seen bonus materials.

You awaken disfigured and amnesiac in a decaying asylum, with no memory of who you are or how you got there. Escaping your cell is only the beginning: each chapter pulls you deeper through a chain of nightmare worlds – a village of deformed children, a town of insectoid mutations, a circus of the grotesque – as you piece together the fractured truth of your own identity.
