Samota is a Solitaire roguelike deckbuilder focused on strategic decision making. You have only one try per round and no draw to surpass the goal score. You must decide how to arrange your stacks, when to play or hold your cards, and which effects to combine to create powerful synergies.
Basic cards (Ace through King) have no innate effects; instead, you must combine them with Special Cards. Some effects favor low numbered cards or face cards, while others reward descending order stacks. You can even choose not to combine them, using cards to prolong a stack and break the traditional 13 card limit. Create game breaking synergies to win and uncover hidden cards, covers, and decks.
Secrets are found both inside and outside of your runs. Discover secret codes to unlock hidden rounds that offer difficult trials. Should you pass, you will be bestowed with a powerful Cover to accompany you!
