In a world plunged into turmoil and instability, two rival clans, the S.S.C. and Eclipse, vie for dominance.

The troubled town of Havenport, seemingly on the brink of serious conflict, calls upon a skilled fighter to uncover Eclipse's mysterious plans and put a stop to them before it's too late.
