About the Game

On earth in the far future, aliens have begun their conquest of earth in the amazing city of New Liberty. Humanity pools its resources to bring four figures from American history to the future to aid them in their resistance against these tyrannical invaders then empowers them and their weapons with a mysterious “goo” from derived from the very aliens themselves.

Rushmore is a third-person, hero-focused, shooter/hack-n-slash hybrid. You play as the four Presidents of Mount Rushmore sucked into the future to face off against alien hordes with weapons and abilities inspired by American history.

This was a student driven project developed at the University of Central Florida (UCF) over the course of a spring semester in 2019 by a team of 15. Since then limited additional development was done to ready the project for release.
