About the Game

Run the last family delivery company in a city being swallowed by corporate chains.

Your grandfather left behind a small warehouse, a few loyal drivers, a mountain of debt, and a delivery company that used to mean something.

Now his old partner, Sterling, wants it back.

In Rush Hour Relay, every day is a three-part logistics scramble: buy stock at night, load your drivers in the morning, and survive the live delivery rush without running out of fuel, cargo, time, or cash.

MORNING: PLAN THE BET

Before the city wakes up, you decide what each driver carries.

Check the forecast. Read the market. Watch your warehouse capacity. Load fresh food before it spoils, save space for high-demand categories, and decide whether a driver should carry extra cargo or stay light enough to move fast.

Every slot matters. Every kilogram matters. A full bag can save an order, but it also slows the driver down and burns more fuel.

DAY: FIGHT THE GRID

Orders appear across the city in real time. Customers want specific items. Timers are short. Drivers are scattered. Fuel is limited.

Send the right driver, or combine multiple drivers for larger orders. Detour to a fuel station when someone is running low. Use the city depot to patch a bad loadout, but lose time doing it.

And watch Sterling. His riders do not just sit on the sidelines. They target orders, pressure your regular customers, and force you to decide what is worth saving.

NIGHT: REPAIR TOMORROW

At the end of each day, count the money, check what spoiled, pay what you can, and prepare for the next morning.

Buy better stock. Upgrade your fleet. Improve your warehouse. Unlock new tools. Climb from Rank 50 to Rank 1 before debt and corporate pressure bury the business for good.

FEATURES

Live Delivery Grid - Drivers move across a city map in real time, with fuel, distance, traffic pressure, and rival movement all affecting your decisions.

Slot-Based Cargo Planning - Load drivers from your warehouse before the day begins. Items take space, some are heavier than others, and perishables can spoil if you plan badly.

Demand Forecasts - Each day gives you a signal about what categories are likely to be busy. It helps you plan, but it never removes the risk.

Fuel And Route Pressure - Every trip burns fuel. Refuel at stations, gamble on short tanks, or pay the price when a driver gets stranded.

City Depot - Send an idle driver to the depot mid-day to reload from remaining warehouse stock. It can save a bad situation, but costs fuel, time, and opportunity.

Rival Delivery AI - Sterling’s service competes for orders on the same grid. Beat them to the customer or lose the job.

Night Market And Upgrades - Restock, manage spoilage, invest in upgrades, and prepare for harder days as new item types and delivery pressures unlock.

Rank Climb - Start at Rank 50 and fight your way up through a city dominated by bigger, richer chains.
