About the Game

Real-time chess with roguelike elements

Make your gambit as each battle will require your tactical wit and reflexes be in top shape: playing chess is hard, playing chess in real-time is harder, playing chess in real-time where pieces can shoot across the board is AWESOME.

Destroy the enemy King, but don't forget to defend your own, or it's game over! 

Upgradable pieces, unlockable abilities

Your surviving pieces will gain XP after each mission, when leveling up they can gain powerful abilities from a randomized selection.

Mining and crafting

Collect wood and stone, earn gold by killing enemy pieces, look for treasure chests hidden on the map! Each resource is valuable to recruit troops or craft items providing passive bonuses.

Gamemodes

  • In the Campaign you must defeat the enemy all through the land of to earn back your kingdom. Collect resources, prepare your army, but be aware once you lose a piece, it's gone forever!

  • Going for the Challenge means you need to beat the Black King with its ever increasing army on the regular chessboard. Reach the top score on the Steam leaderboard!
