About the Game

Rogue Protocol is a fast-paced top-down shooter where you take control of a mercenary piloting a combat ship. Your mission: navigate through various sectors of space, battling hostile forces to uncover the central source of a widespread conflict. As you travel through hostile environments, you'll engage in intense, action-packed battles against waves of enemies and powerful bosses.

Gameplay Features:

  • Dynamic Combat: Face off against waves of multiple enemy types, each with their own unique attack patterns and strategies. As you battle you will collect powerups that can help you to defeat your foes.

  • Boss Battles: Encounter challenging bosses that require careful strategy and precise gameplay to defeat.

  • Ship Upgrades: Collect scrap from fallen enemies to upgrade your ship with enhanced damage, armor, and some special abilities. Each upgrade significantly improves your chances of survival in the intense combat zones.

  • Exploration & Discovery: Explore procedurally generated levels filled with hidden items and secrets. Discover powerups, hidden logs, and special encounters that will help you on your journey.

  • Rogue-like experience: If you fall in battle, don’t worry— you’ll be able to improve and dive back into the action, continuing your quest with the upgrades you've earned.
