In Road to Glory, you become the Sporting Director who decides the fate of a football club. Through fast-paced, card-based decisions, you will face surreal situations, internal conflicts, media pressure, and risky transfers. You only have two options in each scenario, but every choice leaves a mark. Swipe left or right and watch your story unfold… or fall apart.
Find the perfect balance
Every decision directly impacts the four pillars of the club: Finances, Fans, Locker Room, and Board. Neglecting one can trigger a chain reaction capable of destabilizing everything, while keeping them in harmony will be the key to progress. It’s not about making perfect decisions, but about surviving their consequences.
Build relationships with key figures in the club
You’re not just managing a club—you’re also building relationships with key characters who have their own narrative arcs. Your decisions can bring you closer to them, push them away, or spark conflicts that completely change how each story unfolds. As relationships improve or deteriorate, new paths, exclusive scenes, and different outcomes are unlocked. Characters like the club president, the press officer, the team captain, or even your partner can become an ally, a problem, or someone who shapes your career in unexpected ways.
Complete missions and objectives
Surviving day to day is not enough: you must complete season objectives, overcome special missions, and make decisions that will shape the club’s long-term direction. Each choice defines your path and opens new opportunities or new problems. There is no single way to succeed, and every playthrough tells a different story.
