About the Game

The goal of reWinWar is simple: to be a simple wargame. Almost solitaire-tier. A one-evening war.

No overwhelming variety of units. Infantry is infantry. Tanks are... tanks.

Conquer territory, build factories, manage resources, produce units, conquer more territory. Repeat until you win. Or lose: because the AI won't sit around waiting for you.

The battlefield isn't just an abstract map. The world is based on real geography, reproduced in considerable detail. Geography and industry matter: conquering Central Africa, for example, may be less rewarding than capturing the industrial heartlands of Europe. The AI evaluates these choices as well, making every campaign unfold differently.

To make navigating such vast areas comfortable, the game features seamless zooming. You can zoom in until only a handful of countries fit on the screen, or zoom all the way out to see the entire world at once. Thanks to the vector-based graphics, everything remains crisp and readable at every scale.

To keep the game fast and enjoyable, you don't command every unit individually. Orders are issued in bulk, allowing campaigns to progress quickly. If you prefer, however, you can still keep that one particular tank in reserve.

Development Status

reWinWar is still in active development.

The graphics engine is largely complete, although visual improvements, UI polish, and optimization are still ongoing. The economic and combat systems are functional but continue to evolve as balance and gameplay are refined.

The current demo is fully playable, although only infantry and tanks are available at the moment. It demonstrates the core mechanics, but there is still plenty of work ahead before the game becomes the experience I want it to be.
