Open up your tablet and jump into Renovators Network, sophisticated media for connecting you with potential customers. Search through the neighborhood and look for potential contracts. Not every job can be applied for straight away. You need to build up your reputation and have enough resources to perform some of the renovations.
Sometimes giving out simple tasks simply does not work for these guys. Be prepared to precisely instruct an individual on how to perform a given task. Perhaps you thought that you're going to just tell people what to do eh ? Well, it's time to wake up manager, you gotta put in more than you might have expected !
