Before there was anything, there was a garden. After everything ends, she is still there.
She has witnessed every beginning, and every end.
Never once absent. Never once remembered.
This is her duty, her fate, her eternal solo.
And she is still waiting for an ending that will never come.
Ten thousand dimensions end here. Beneath Her feet, countless universes have been born and extinguished. Not one has ever touched this garden.
And every time She wakes, it is as though She is opening Her eyes for the very first time.
Refrain: Verse of Fate is a narrative-driven 2D exploration game about a god of creation and destruction, and her solitary journey through an endless cycle.
Walk, listen, and read between three gardens in higher-dimensional space. Life awakens in one garden, is born in another, and turns to ash in the last. You will follow her through this process. Once, and again, and again.
But each cycle is not quite the same.
Corners once overlooked begin to reveal their meaning; endings once reached become unfamiliar prologues in a new cycle. Verse fragments scattered throughout the gardens carry voices forgotten by time. Collect them, and you will gradually piece together a truth far deeper than what the surface shows.
