A 2D side-scrolling platformer focusing on exploration and adaptive combat within a procedurally generated world. The player has infinite lives but the world changes slightly with each respawn. The player's respawn location is always random unless a game mechanic is used to prevent it.

About the Game

Enter the Recursary. Use your platforming skills to explore a procedurally generated world full of treasure and danger. Don't worry, you have infinite lives here. However, with each respawn the world tends to mutate slightly and become more treacherous, so be careful. Also, the chaotic nature of the Recursary means your respawn location is completely random each time; you'll need to adapt to whatever situation you're thrown into on-the-fly. Your goal is to find a way to escape this world. Good luck.
