A young boy named Solomon falls into a deep hole called the "Abyss" and loses his life. Meanwhile, Rubynus, a mysterious human with a dragon arm, and his partner Esmeralda discover Solomon's lifeless body. Using runestone technology from their homeland, Arcadia, they revive Solomon in hopes of learning more about the Abyss.
Realizing they both lack the knowledge of the place they are in, they venture further into an unfamiliar territory filled with dangerous creatures and giant predators. Together, they must fight for their lives in this treacherous environment and find a way back to the surface.
