About the Game

Rap Mogul is a music industry management simulation and RPG wrapped in one. Where you build a record label from the ground up. Starting with nothing, you'll scout unsigned talent, negotiate deals, develop artist careers, and make the business decisions that separate legends from one-hit wonders.

What You'll Do

  • Sign Artists: Discover underground talent and recruit them to your roster. Every artist has their own personality, demands, and potential.

  • Negotiate Contracts: Every deal is a battle. Use strategy and timing in a turn-based negotiation system where the artist pushes back, walks out, or agrees, depending on how well you read the room.

  • Develop Careers: Guide your artists through recording, promotion, tours, and public image management to build their brand and fanbase.

  • Manage Your Label: Handle finances, staff, and label reputation as you grow from an indie imprint to a full industry power.

  • Build Relationships: Navigate a living world of industry figures, rival labels, and real-world-inspired personalities.
