Humans, robots, androids — all have become part of everyday life.

With advanced technology, crime has reached a new level.

On the streets — lawlessness.

Brutal gangs, often at war with each other:

CyberCultists — worshippers of a supercomputer.

UPG-Raiders — once a small gang of outcasts, now holding districts in fear.

On the other side — powerful megacorporations:

Mil-Expo, Megacore One, and the new player in the weapons market — Blain Industries.

To restore order, special units were formed — TechnoPolice "TechnoCore".
