About the Game

RaiderHeim is an atmospheric dark-fantasy survival adventure set in a world inspired by Viking-Age culture,

where the last safe frontiers are collapsing. Explore vast, handcrafted lands where clans are breaking apart, warlords compete for power, and a contagious plague spreads through both humans and animals.

You play as a Seidr

– who sent to the mortal world by the Weavers of Fate – to guide humanity's survival during its most perilous era.

The undead armies of the Pale King are advancing, devouring villages and scouring the wilderness. Some survivors turn on each other for the remnants of the old world, while others sacrifice everything to hold the line. Your journey carries you through ruined settlements, harsh forests, military outposts, and regions scorched by infection.

This is a dense, grounded, slow-burn survival narrative,

where atmosphere, tension, and human stories shape the experience. Expect quiet moments around a campfire, dread near infected hordes, fierce battles fought with medieval weapons, and a constant search for a path through a world that is falling apart.

RaiderHeim is created by a solo veteran developer

with two decades of industry experience. Instead of spectacle, the focus is on immersion, mood, storytelling, exploration, and a world that feels handmade rather than assembled from templates. Many of its systems – from crafting and survival to character progression – were designed through hands-on iteration, including a complete shift from top-down to third-person to deliver a deeper, more personal sense of presence.
