Backstory

The world stands in a nuclear stalemate. No conflict can be resolved using nuclear weapons, as even the most foolish know that it would bring about the destruction of humanity. Nations are again seeking a holy grail to gain an advantage on the battlefield. This holy grail turns out to be the man himself. A company under the name The Agency, known mainly in the underworld and standing in the shadows of prominent political figures, has initiated a grand era of genetically modified humans, offering unearthly riches to those who provide the Agency with a prototype of a superhuman. They named this endeavor Project0. Pharmaceutical companies and laboratories from around the world joined the race, producing many unsuccessful experiments. Here your adventure begins. Where civilians, police, or military cannot enter, you must step in — a specialized expert in dealing with the worst abominations.
