In present-day Japan, on a spring day, an outbreak of unknown cause and origin begins.
It turns people, one by one, into zombie-like, malicious monsters.
During the transformation, all good emotions disappear, leaving only hatred and dark feelings behind.
These creatures are called KAGEBITO.
Asumi, a high-school senior, must cross dangerous areas, solve strange and difficult puzzles, and face clever, ruthless enemies in order to save her best friend Yuna.
A GRIPPING STORY
Set in present-day Japan, this story weaves together the struggle against these creatures, the bonds of friendship, loss, and hope, and presents a deep and emotional narrative.
