About the Game

Project II: Silent Valley is part of the broader "计划 Projects" universe, but each title in this series is a standalone story. No prior knowledge of previous games is required to fully enjoy this one. Think of it as a different chapter set in the same world — connected in spirit, but narratively independent.

Project II: Silent Valley is a narrative-driven game that blends visual novel storytelling, card-based combat, and open-world exploration. It tells the intricate and emotional story of the gentle naval commander Hierophan Hemersfield, his temporary deputy—the special operations officer Osprey—and his long-lost friend Ochira Blazemor.

In this dystopian parallel America, the “Nodomain Consortium (N.C.)” has overthrown the traditional government. The current United States is divided between two major powers: the militarized "N.C. Government," which controls most regions with an iron grip, and the remnants of the former regime, known as the "Old Government." Beneath the surface of peaceful coexistence, a fierce power struggle is intensifying… In this world dominated by alienation and authoritarianism, how will you, as a reformist, make your choices?

  • A visually striking near-future aesthetic
A carefully crafted blend of Brutalism, retro-futurism, and Wabi-sabi design styles brings each region to life with its own unique and harmonious visual identity. Complemented by custom-composed regional soundtracks, the result is a truly immersive experience with no repetition.

  • Deeply developed character ensemble
From a seemingly submissive special ops soldier to a sharp, enigmatic base commander bound by duty, each character hides a layered emotional core and a captivating backstory—waiting for players to uncover.

  • Rich world exploration
Discover hidden character dialogues, classified documents, and military files during your freeform exploration. Every room conceals forgotten secrets, and your deputy Osprey will provide professional analysis of all materials you collect.
