About the Game

As the first step into the world of Project: Another Use, Graftage puts the players in the shoes of an IT Specialist from the Lorim Ipsum Corporation on a contract to hack their way through the office of Helianthus to resolve a bug that has infected the building, converting every floor of the building into their own individual prisons, with the front door the only thing left working.

Your company-issued Notepad is an essential tool for your journey, as among its many functions, it can:

  • Record details of your current contract(s) and personal notes you've written for yourself

  • Record messages, manufacturer details, and music data strewn across the office

  • Offer to teach you more about the world you walk in

However, your Notepad has been jailbroken and has been installed with the latest Cyberdeck software to make hacking a breeze, allowing you to:

  • Use and communicate with all the machines you find in the office

  • Collect additional hacks you can use in the puzzles for control of the machine

  • Use the hacked machine for your own uses, either to extract information or to use it as intended

Every hacked machine holds a puzzle that you must solve to restore it to its former state. Give yourself permissions to use as you see fit, and take advantage of the functions of the machine or even the information within to complete your mission.

With every face you meet, every person you help, and every machine you hack, you take a step closer towards seeing this crisis come to an end.

Make a better tomorrow.

As of November 18th, 2031, you, a member of the Lorim Ipsum Corporation, are assigned a contract of aid. The details listed instruct you to assist the staff of Helianthus, a software company on the verge of helping farmers worldwide, in eradicating a bug that has infested the entire office building, halting work and preventing employees from leaving. With you on this job is a company-issued Notebook, fitted with basic memory-holding software for record-keeping.

You hold the trust of the corporation in your hands. Don't fail yourself.
