[Please Do Not Call It a Trash Game Streamer] is a reverse-progression hardcore 2D platformer with a meta-fiction concept. It follows a Korean developer who personally visits a Japanese streamer that reviewed 『해피 나나루』—a fictional failed game released by TENTACLE SOFT in 2022—to perform an on-site repair.

The child always sat in that same spot. Sitting side-by-side on the floor of a friend's room, they would alternate between staring at the flashing CRT TV screen and watching their friend tightly gripping the controller.

The adventure on the screen and the "Hero" overcoming it were equally joyful and dazzling sights to the child. However, whether it was tearing down the demon king's castle, rescuing the princess, or defeating the devil, every great adventure eventually came to an end. Whenever the end credits rolled and the screen faded to a cold black, the air in the room suddenly felt empty and chilling.

The child simply wished that the Hero's shining adventure wouldn't stop there.
