Patients walk in every day. Review medical records, make sense of lab results, make diagnoses. Prescribe medication, deny prescriptions, or refer to specialists. But medicine isn’t the only thing that matters here. The system is watching. Patients remember. Some of them lie.

Doctors say they recognize themselves. Med students say it’s better than textbook case studies.

Every decision shapes how this ends.
