🩺 GAMEPLAY OVERVIEW

Dynamic Open-World Missions: Patients spawn randomly across diverse environments, from busy urban districts to remote countryside areas. Every mission feels unique.

Team-Based Rescue Simulation: Join up to 4 players online to coordinate roles; Driver, Dispatcher, and Paramedics and execute real-time rescues with precision.

Patient Stabilization Mechanics: Assess the situation, use medical tools, perform on-site treatments, and keep your patients alive until they reach the hospital.

🧠 STRATEGY MEETS CHAOS

In Panic Crew, every call is unpredictable. You might be speeding down a mountain road to reach an accident, or coordinating triage in the middle of a festival gone wrong.

Your team’s communication, speed, and split-second decisions are what stand between life and death.

Sometimes you’ll laugh, sometimes you’ll panic, but you’ll never forget the thrill of saving your patients just in time.

Panic Crew will launch in Early Access soon! During this phase, we’ll expand maps, introduce new patient types, improve co-op stability, and add more deep gameplay systems such as:
