About the Game

Welcome to Plunderburg! With manicured lawns, a citation on every door and disastrous delivery drivers raining parcels from the sky - The HOA is on high alert!

But something's not quite right; Someone didn't measure their grass height, there’s glitter paint everywhere, and packages are walking away! Turns out, Package Pirates have infiltrated Plunderburg and they mean business! Can you sniff out the scallywag before they loot every last box… or will you be the scallywag, sailing away with the spoils?

GAMEPLAY:

  • 5 endlessly replayable ‘hoods, each with cheeky secrets and changing weather.

  • 1vs4 PvP deception & co-op detective work—form posses or go rogue.

  • First-person peeking & third-person scheming.

  • Traps galore: airhorn parcels, glitter bombs, and “why is there confetti in my sprinklers?!”

  • Dress for the mess: suburban ladies, business men, pirate punks, and everything in between.

  • A soundtrack so pirate-y, you’ll swear you need a peg leg and a parrot.

PIRATE PLAY:
Pirates begin with the rest of the neighborhood watch, appearing to be part of the HOA. But you don't have long! Your goal is to collect all packages around the neighborhood and return them to your Scaly Wagon (van). If you commit Pirate Deeds, you slowly reveal your true form – a Pirate – making it easier and easier for HOA team to spot, or even hear you coming.

Once all packages have been loaded, the pirate wins.

HOA PLAY:

You and your fellow HOA team must keep up appearances — Issue Violations, Tickets and Headaches! Earn Brownie Points or face the ultimate shame: eviction (aka spectator mode).

Other players can drop airhorn / glitter trap parcels, along with other outrageous traps to try and stop the pirate - So, don't spend too much time around tampered parcels - these things can go off for like - no reason.

If all Neighbors are eliminated, the Pirate wins. If the neighbors catch the pirate, and the pirate is processed at the police station, the Neighbors win.
