About the Game

Overdrive Reloaded is a single player first-person shooter created by Dynamite Games. Drop into a stunning reimagining of the series, built from the ground up with relentless PvE combat, action-packed Arena modes, an open world Survival experience, and all-new skill tree and roguelike progression systems.

Survival

Overdrive Survival is a one-life, open world experience combining aspects from the Battle Royale and Extraction genres. Welcome to Arashijima, a remote island off the coast of Japan which has been under attack by the Zarya Group for years. Collect loot, raid different tier zones and win by extracting or clearing the island of hostile threats. Extracted loot can be brought into future matches, but you will lose everything on you if you fail to exfil.

Arena

Fight across various landscapes in fast-paced Arena matches, including classic modes such as Team Deathmatch and Kill Confirmed. You died? Respawn instantly and get back into the fight as your squad try and secure victory. Arena offers a variety of experiences such as the objective-based Control mode, and the ability to call in a game-ending Chemstrike by reaching 30 kills without dying. Create your own custom Arena loadout by levelling up to unlock new weapon attachments and player perks to buff various attributes such as movement speed.

Evolution

Evolution allows you to work through various skill trees granting permanent player buffs. Earn XP to unlock the ability to evolve your player and discover new skills. Evolution upgrades are active at all times in Survival and Arena game modes.

Increase your Overdrive level

Get eliminations and complete objectives to increase your Overdrive level, a new roguelike progression system allowing you to unlock randomised player buffs in every Arena match. Reaching level 5 lets you activate a random Overdrive ability for a short period of time, and being eliminated can decrease that level.
