About the Game

One Monster Is Always Behind You

This is a fast-paced 2D horror action runner. Your character runs forward automatically while a single enormous, grotesque monster chases from behind. If it catches you, the attempt ends immediately.

Every Enemy Is a Choice

Enemies block the road ahead. Knock them back with your sword or jump over them to avoid the fight. A well-timed slash can also send incoming projectiles back at their attackers.

Defeated enemies drop resources that can make you stronger. Skipping a fight is safer now, but gives you less to spend later.

Build with Parasites

Each attempt is divided into short sections. Between them, spend the resources you collected to attach new parasites to your character.

The parasites cling to your back and extend like tentacles. They activate their abilities automatically, attacking enemies, spreading poison, or briefly increasing your running speed. Try different combinations and decide which abilities work best together.

As you progress, you will also choose between taking an immediate upgrade or facing a stronger enemy for a greater reward.

Charge Overheat by Attacking

Every successful sword hit fills the Overheat gauge. Once it is full, activate it to surge forward, damage and push back enemies, and trigger all equipped parasites at the same time.

Accurate attacks give you more than damage. They also create precious distance from the monster behind you.

Bosses Block the Road

During a boss fight, the boss stands ahead while the monster continues to approach from behind. You cannot jump over the boss.

Your attacks push the boss away, but letting it get too close will force you backward. Defeat it before you are pushed into the pursuing monster.

Horror That Keeps Moving

The game does not rely on creatures suddenly appearing on the screen to startle you. Its tension comes from the monster constantly closing in, creatures with impossible bodies, and distorted visuals and sound.

Instead of hiding and waiting, you survive by fighting and continuing forward.
