Haunted house where alcohol / Mannequins are everywhere - You drink because something in your life keeps recurring and alcohol caused the car accident. Mannequins are trying to wake you up scared so you don't go crazy and live on.
A cellar - where you can see a mutant that is frozen and creating those mannequins.
Maze - You don't know what you want in life, you can't find your place.
Hospital - Your last chance to wake up from a bad dream.
