Organs lose value every hour they sit in your stash. You need to manage your space, know when to hold your stock, and know when to cut your losses.

Treat Patients & Supply Contacts

The organs you gather have a purpose. Desperate patients across Arkwright need specific body parts with strict condition requirements. Deliver exactly what they need before the timer runs out to earn cash and boost your reputation. You can also sell directly to your network of contacts, catering to their specific buying preferences to keep your alliances strong.

Quick Cash via Benevolence

Need money right now and have no immediate buyers? The Benevolence system lets you donate organs for fast emergency payouts on the streets. It is great for staying afloat, but rushing too many shady donations raises your suspicion level. Get too greedy and the authorities will start paying attention.

Run an Underground Lab

Turn cheap parts into premium goods. Use your lab to restore decaying organs or upgrade their rarity through risky medical procedures. Play it safe for steady income or take big risks for massive breakthroughs. You can even cultivate brand new organs from cells if you have the cash to keep the lab running.

Manage Your Economy

Cash flow is everything in this strategy game. Handle your bank accounts, take out loans, and pay your operating costs. If you fall behind on taxes or syndicate dues, the penalties stack up fast. Frozen accounts and blocked contacts will destroy your business.

Build a Network

You cannot survive alone. Work with different contacts scattered around the city. Complete side jobs, gather intel on market shifts, and keep your allies happy. If you miss their payments, they will go silent and cut you off.

Dodge the Law

The police are always watching. Unregulated donations and late payments fill up your suspicion meter. If the cops show up, you have to talk your way out using dialogue choices. Bribe them, lie, or stay quiet. If they raid you, they will seize your inventory and shut you down.

The market changes every day. Pay attention to the news headlines. A sudden epidemic means heart prices will skyrocket. Supply drops will cause bidding wars. Anticipate the market, adjust your strategy, and make a killing.

Choose Your Boss

Pick from four different characters to match your playstyle. Each has unique perks and drawbacks, and you unlock them by playing through the campaign:

• Apprentice Lysosom: Organs decay slower, but in-game time moves faster.

• Dr. Viskera: Get bonus rewards from VIP contacts, but lab work is much riskier.

• Aunt Glia: Earn more cells from side jobs, but failing clients ruins your reputation faster.

• Senior Osteo: Cheaper bone organs and bribes, but upgrades are expensive and police raids hit harder.
