About the Game

Opioid visions 88 is a 2.5D first person shooter. The game consists of 10 levels of varying difficulty. You can find hidden chests with weapons on the maps. As you pass each level, you will have to deal with aggressive figments of the main character’s imagination, which appeared as a result of drug use.
