About the Game

ONE BYE ONE is an 16-player psychological horror party royale where the only light comes from your flashlight… and your friends can’t be trusted.

16 survivors. 16 doors. The survivors scramble through total darkness, forming shaky alliances to stay alive. A beast is controlled by another player stalking the halls, striking without warning.

THE TWIST:
Every time the beast kills a survivor, a new room is unlocked. YOU are the key. Your death opens the path forward… but it also brings your friends closer to their own.

  • 16-Player PvP – One player hunts as the beast, the rest try to survive.

  • YOU Are the Key – Death unlocks new areas, forcing everyone to rethink alliances.

  • Total Darkness – See only with flashlights… or stay hidden in the shadows.

  • Alliances & Betrayals – Work together just long enough to outlast the others.

  • Only 1 Winner – Survive the beast and the survivors to escape alive.
