On The Verge II is a walking-sim puzzle game with FPS elements.
This story is about Michael Gromov, a psychopathic maniac who set his eye on journalist Nikolai, who once revealed his crimes to the police. So he had kidnapped Nikolai and locks him in a small room.
The kidnapper's voice is heard from the speakers: "So, it's time for the first challenge...". He's going to test Nikolai like a rat in a cage to turn him into a genetically modified monster, which is capable of living forever.
Nikolai must do everything to get out of here, so he will have to cope with all the challenges…
