Seeking to quell your boredom while browsing the web, you skeptically enter a chatroom themed on discussion of the supernatural, metaphysical, and cryptic. Four regulars are eager to welcome you to their quiet little community, but as uncanny events begin to unfold you suspect something in the server is amiss.
Engage with four occult enthusiasts in this interface drama dating sim. Find friendship -- perhaps even romance -- but possibly sacrifice your soul as they vie for your attention.
Occult Mingle is a queer supernatural romance/horror visual novel with light mystery elements, utilizing the chatroom simulator format. Players pick their name and pronouns and interact with a unique cast of characters, each with their own magnetism and motives.
Adesh (he/him) - A handsome young businessman with a silver tongue. What Adesh actually does for work remains a mystery, but it's obvious this smooth-talker specializes in the art of the deal. Hobbies include flirting, gambling, and a good stiff drink. His whiskey collection is almost as impressive as his jawline.
Naia (she/her) - A bubbly young woman with a love of the ocean and a passion for all things nautical. Naia is a kind and optimistic individual who enjoys long walks on the beach, candlelit dinners (waterfront, obviously), and discussing the very real and scientific implications of astrology. She’s a Pisces, of course.
Hazel (she/her) - An easygoing plant mom with a cool green aura. When she's not tending to her many treasured saplings, Hazel runs a pagan apothecary where she sells incense, candles, potions, gemstones, and many more curios to satiate all your Wiccan witchcraft whims. Because of course she does.
Nyx (they/them) - A chill indie rock enthusiast with a laid back attitude and a caffeine addiction. Nyx will be the first to list off a bunch of unknown artists then burn you a custom vinyl. Please note - they're not unemployed, they're just busy building their music career. Self-promo is a full-time job. Duh.
