About the Game

BUILD A CAMP ON THE CURSED FRONTIER

Night Frontier is a survival-management game set across a ruined frontier filled with raiders, mutated wildlife, cryptids, and stranger forces moving beneath the static.

Manage a growing camp of survivors, assign work, construct buildings, produce supplies, and prepare squads for missions into dangerous territory. Every mission is a calculated risk. The people you send may return with valuable resources, serious injuries, or strange illness.  Some may not return at all.

MANAGE PEOPLE, NOT JUST RESOURCES

Your recruits are workers, explorers, fighters, doctors, and specialists. Each has different attributes, skills, equipment, and limitations.

Decide where they are most valuable:

  • Assign recruits to camp work and production

  • Equip squads for specific missions and threats

  • Treat injuries and manage illness

  • Recruit and develop specialists as the frontier becomes more dangerous

  • Balance immediate needs against long-term survival

Sending your best recruit may improve the odds of success, but it also leaves the camp without them.

PREPARE EVERY MISSION

The frontier is divided into locations offering resources, missions, discoveries, and threats.

Choose where to go.  Select a squad and equip them for the dangers ahead. Missions may lead to combat, difficult encounters, injuries, rare salvage, and consequences that continue after the squad returns.

Preparation matters. The wrong recruits, equipment, or supplies can turn a routine mission into a serious loss.

BUILD A CAMP THAT CAN SURVIVE THE CONSEQUENCES

Construct and upgrade buildings, organize production, craft equipment, grow food, and expand the camp’s capabilities.

As the population grows, so do its demands. More recruits require more food, shelter, equipment, and medical support. A successful expedition may solve one shortage while creating several new problems.

PUSH DEEPER INTO THE FRONTIER

Explore ruined settlements, hostile camps, abandoned industrial sites, forests, mines, and corrupted regions.

Secure valuable locations, confront regional threats, and open routes into increasingly dangerous territory. Raiders, hostile creatures, and strange cryptids require stronger squads, better preparation, and specialized equipment.

SURVIVE A WORLD THAT DOES NOT STAY QUIET

Camp incidents, injuries, disease, hostile factions, and unnatural events force you to adapt.

Night Frontier is not about keeping every recruit perfectly safe. It is about deciding which risks the camp can afford and dealing with what comes back.
