Nibelung
The old gods are dead. Their debts are not. Nibelung is a turn-based roguelike RPG set in the ashes of Ragnarök. Delve the ever-shifting realms of Yggdrasil, fight with steel and seidr against goblins, cultists, the risen dead and outthink a world that only moves when you do.

10 itemsAbout the Game
The gods spent the world like gold. You live among what's left.
Thousands of years have passed since Ragnarök burned the old world away. People rebuilt in the quiet. Small villages under a vast sky, runes carved by the hands that no longer know their meaning. But the summers grow too dry and the winters too long. Goblins are coming down from the mountains. Cultists whisper to things that should have stayed dead. And beneath the roots of Yggdrasil, an old debt is coming due.
Turn-based when you need it. Real-time when you don't.
Nibelung runs on a flowing energy system. Every creature acts at its own pace and the world moves on its own until the moment a decision matters, when it stops and waits for you. No hurry, no wasted clicks. Weigh your options, and strike when it counts.
Beneath the World Tree
Every delve is different - The realms of Yggdrasil are procedurally generated; no two descents through the World Tree are ever the same.
Fight with steel and seidr - Bash skulls with blunt force or weave fire, frost and lightning into anything that crawls out of the dark.
Grow into your legend - Loot, equip and consume what you find; stack buffs, statuses and gear into a build worth the sagas.
The dark hides everything - Fog of war conceals every path until you explore it. Every corridor is a question, and some of them answer back.
