About the Game

You work in a cubicle, answer calls, and follow procedures.

When nobody is looking, you skim off the top.

Next Caller is a systems-driven, strategy game about running a scheme as a call center agent inside of a financial institution. Each in-game day gives you a fixed number of action points. Every decision consumes one.

You must manage your time by deciding how you will spend each day.

  • Answer calls and attempt extractions

  • Invest in your home security system

  • Build relationships with coworkers

  • Manage the rise of suspicion and evidence

  • Accept or refuse opportunities that permanently alter your position

There is no real-time clock and no reflex gameplay. Every choice is deliberate. All outcomes are probabilistic and sometimes delayed.

Promotions increase call value, but they also increase scrutiny.
Investigations becomes more intense and more risky, as you attempt to outmaneuver a professional interrogator.

Accumulate wealth for 365 days, or collapse under pressure.
